Still having issues with ATEM Mini & Teams. Seems Elgato's CamLink would also have issues.
Overall it seems that Teams is not very compatible with external video sources.

I have the non-pro facecam, it had no issues in anything other than Teams. I was experiencing about a 5-10fps video output.
I messed with some settings, but changing the source from Elgato Facecam to Elgato Virtual Camera fixed all of my FPS issues, so maybe it has something to do with the large bandwidth of a direct feed from the camera to Teams, compared to the compressed virtual camera output.
