Background
The Murph is a direct tie-in to the 2014 film Interstellar, where Matthew McConaughey's character wears it throughout. Hamilton has supplied watches for Hollywood productions since the 1930s, and this collaboration represents one of its most visible recent placements. The 38mm size makes it significantly more wearable than the original 42mm version while preserving the watch's minimal, functional design that fits the film's aesthetic.
Design
From the movie Interstellar. The seconds hand has a hidden Morse code message spelling "EUREKA" — visible only under close inspection. The 38mm version is the more recent and wearable size.
