Positioning American-designed, Swiss-made field and aviation watches

Hamilton was founded in 1892 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The company built its reputation supplying precision railroad watches and, from WWI onward, military timepieces for the U.S. armed forces.

Hamilton produced the first electric watch in 1957 and supplied field watches to U.S. troops through WWII, Korea, and Vietnam. The brand also has deep ties to Hollywood — Hamilton watches have appeared in over 500 films, including Interstellar (the Khaki Field Murph).

Now owned by the Swatch Group and manufactured in Biel/Bienne, Switzerland. Hamilton uses ETA and Powermatic movements. The brand sits in the €500–1,500 segment, offering Swiss-made mechanicals with American design DNA at accessible prices.

Main collections: Khaki Field (military/outdoor), Khaki Aviation, Jazzmaster (dress), Ventura (avant-garde).
