RFP and tribal knowledge

When participating in RFPs, any tidbit of insider information, or even better any connection to the client, is helpful.

👷🏼‍♂️ WORK IN PROGRESS 👷🏼‍♂️

Anyone in the organisation could hold the key to help sway the RFP in the organisation’s favour.

For every RFP, an email could be sent internally to all employees, asking for their help if they have any insider info, connection or anything else that could help win (eg worked on a similar event and/or for a similar organisation).

Sending our these "RFP Alert" would mean a few more emails in everyone's inbox every month but would translate to better RFP submissions and potential unfair advantage.

Needs to be sent from exec level. Employees feel more compelled to help the company and look good with the boss vs just helping a (remote and rarely met) colleague.
