"Seeing the mountain". No fear as you've seen it before. You get the whole picture and can see "behind the mist". Newbie at the bottom with mist, can be scary. And not having climbed that mountain before, doesn't know the way. If you climbed others before, you roughly know.
Newbie will ask a lot of irrelevant question, and gather a picture but not the right one. An experience salesperson will ask the right questions - she can "see the path" - and escalate towards the top.
