RevenueHero turns a demo request into a booked meeting before the buyer leaves the page. The prospect fills in a form, RevenueHero enriches and qualifies them, picks the right rep, and opens that rep's calendar in the same window. Unqualified prospects go somewhere else: a self-serve page, a webinar, another team.
It's a direct challenger to Chili Piper, and it sells on 2 things: a lower price and a Routing Log that explains every assignment. 550+ B2B companies use it, by its own count, including Freshworks, Clay and Appcues.

Why it exists
Marketing pays to bring a buyer to the website. The buyer clicks "Request a demo" and gets a thank-you page and an email 2 days later. By then they've booked with a competitor.
The speed-to-lead research is old but still holds: the odds of a real conversation drop sharply after the first hour. RevenueHero closes that gap by booking the meeting at the moment of intent. A customer quote on the home page puts it at 75% of qualified inbounds booked the same day, up from about 40%.
How it works
Every form fill goes through the same 7 steps, and each one is logged:
- Form: the buyer submits a web form, a chat widget, an in-app prompt or an event QR code.
- Enrichment: an optional waterfall across Clearbit, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Crustdata and Ocean.io fills in company size, country and other fields, so the form can ask for a work email only.
- Qualification: rules on form answers, CRM data or enriched values decide who sees a calendar.
- Matching: RevenueHero checks Lead, Contact, Account and custom objects for an existing owner. If acme.co belongs to Jane, everyone from acme.co gets Jane.
- Distribution: new leads go out by territory, list, company size or any CRM property, then by round robin (strict, flexible or balanced) with a weight per rep.
- Scheduling: the rep's calendar opens in the buyer's time zone and language, 31 languages in total.
- CRM sync: the meeting, the rule and the router that assigned it land on the Salesforce or HubSpot record.

What else is in the box:
- Relays: an SDR books an AE from Salesforce, Salesloft, Outreach, Gmail or Outlook in 2 clicks, and the same rules pick the AE. No more "my favourite AE" handoffs.
- Campaign Router and magic links: 1-click booking links in email sequences, with the rep chosen by the rules.
- Vacation management: a nominee covers time off, and the absent rep keeps the CRM ownership and the round-robin credit.
- Event scheduler: meeting types limited to a conference's dates, with a QR code to book.
- White-labelling: booking pages and notifications on your own domain, with DKIM.
Integrations: Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Freshsales and Attio as CRMs. Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar. Zoom, Teams, Google Meet and Daily for links. Marketo, Webflow, Typeform, Unbounce and Navattic for forms. Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo and Gong for sequences. No Microsoft Dynamics on the list.
Pricing
A flat platform fee per account plus a price per rep seat. Admins are free, there's no seat minimum, and meetings and form submissions are unlimited (November 2026, USD):
| Plan | Platform fee, yearly / monthly | Per seat, yearly / monthly | 10 seats, billed yearly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Essentials | $79 / $99 | $25 / $35 | $3,948 a year |
| Advanced | $159 / $199 | $35 / $45 | $6,108 a year |
Essentials covers round robin, domain matching and form scheduling. Advanced adds routing on any CRM property, named-account lists, fuzzy matching, balanced round robin, fallback redistribution, webhooks, the custom domain and Okta SSO.
Add-ons, on Advanced only:
| Add-on | Price | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Handoff seat | $20 a month yearly, $25 monthly | 1 per SDR who books for AEs, with Relays |
| Spam prevention | $30 a month | Blocks invalid, disposable and spam-trap emails |
| Native enrichment | $79 a month yearly, $99 monthly | 500 enrichment credits a month across 5 providers |
There's no free trial. RevenueHero sells a monthly plan with no lock-in instead, and guided onboarding with no setup fee. Most teams go live within a week, it says.
Limits and caveats
- Setup takes thought. G2 reviewers praise the support but often name a learning curve on routing rules and a navigation that isn't always obvious. The tool is only as good as the routing logic you write.
- No mobile app, and reviewers ask for deeper reporting on availability and no-shows.
- Data residency isn't stated. RevenueHero has a SOC 2 Type 2 report and publishes a DPA, but I found no EU hosting option. For a European buyer's personal data, ask before signing.
- Vendor size. A young company: founded in 2021 by Charanyan Venkataraghavan, Krupesh Muthukumar and Sudharshan Karthik, with a $5.1 million seed round in May 2023 from Stellaris Venture Partners and Together Fund. Both funds are India-based, and the company is registered in Delaware. No later round announced.
- The customer numbers are RevenueHero's. The 550+ customers, the 75% same-day booking and the 4.8 on G2 come from its own site.
Alternatives
| Tool | Approach |
|---|---|
| Chili Piper | The category leader for form routing and booking, priced higher |
| Default | Inbound platform: forms, enrichment, routing and workflows |
| LeanData | Salesforce-native routing for complex enterprise orgs |
| Calendly | Routing forms on top of the best-known scheduler |
| HubSpot Meetings | Free with HubSpot, basic round robin |
RevenueHero says 50+ customers moved from Chili Piper alone, most at renewal. One quote on its site names the reason: Chili Piper routing through Zapier made errors hard to diagnose. My notes on HubSpot: see Hubspot.
My take
The pitch is right. A demo request that waits 2 days for a reply is a lead marketing paid for and sales let go cold. Booking the meeting on the form is the single cheapest conversion gain in an inbound funnel.
What sets RevenueHero apart is the Routing Log. Every sales leader has had the "why did this lead go to him?" argument. A rule name written on the CRM record ends it, and makes routing changes safe to test.
It fits a mid-market SaaS team on Salesforce or HubSpot that wants Chili Piper features without the Chili Piper bill. For a large European enterprise, I'd check 3 things first: EU data residency, the depth of Outlook support for Microsoft-only reps, and whether the routing rules can follow a matrix of regions, partners and named accounts. LeanData is the safer pick when Salesforce is the centre of everything.
