Positioning Original Fliegeruhr heritage

Laco was founded in 1925 in Pforzheim by Frieda Lacher and Ludwig Hummel as "Lacher & Co." The brand built precise pilot and observation watches (Fliegeruhren) during the 1930s and 1940s, many supplied to the Luftwaffe.

Laco is one of only five brands (alongside IWC, Stowa, Wempe, and A. Lange & Söhne) authorized to reproduce the original B-Uhr (Beobachtungsuhr) pilot watch design with era-appropriate specifications.

Now based in Pforzheim with operations in Lörrach. Movements are mostly Swiss-sourced (Sellita, Miyota), customized and regulated in Germany. Hand-finishing is available on higher-end models. Collections span classic Fliegeruhren, marine chronometers, and dress watches.

Pricing runs €340–1,500 — accessible pilot watches with genuine WWII-era design lineage.
