I've had a variety of DACs over the years - mobile and desktop.
Currently using the MOTU M2 for my home office setup.
It's a good DAC with the benefit of having a very nice looking vue meter on the front.
However I have some annoying hiss when there is no music, and I pinpoited it to the MOTU.
Exploring alternatives while I'll be looking to resolve this issue in parallel.
