As I was validating the concept of OfficeBots, I discussed with a friend of mine who is an exec at a company trading phone minutes.
His business relies on receiving daily/weekly price updates from his wholesalers, which in turn he can sell to his customers. Any error leads to potential high costs as they have to honour the prices wrongly quoted.
In highly repetitive tasks, eg taking an attachment and uploading to a system, what is your cost of delay and error?
