I was looking to extract data from tables spread across 40 PDF pages. I did the first couple using an AI chatbot.. painstakingly slow.
So I asked the AI what the best way would be to extract the data, and it pointed me to Tabula:

Threw the PDF in it, and got my CSV file with 1,000 records in less than a minute!
Download app, opens in browser, make your selection (repeatable across pages) and done.
