I'm working more now with AI than before. I believe there will be three kinds of people in the AI age. One, knowledge workers who do not embrace AI will be left behind, except if they bring to the table exceptional qualities, human qualities, that cannot be leveraged with AI. Second, knowledge workers who will leverage AI to indeed reduce their working time with the same outcome. Three people who truly leverage AI by becoming AI first and agentic orchestrators spending a good chunk of their time on building and managing agentic workflows to multiply their output. For these people, AI is a tremendous opportunity, but comes with more work than ever before, as one needs to build the plane while trying to flying it.
